Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Arival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi Full Day Meeting (B, L, D)
After breakfast, a full day meeting will be held at your hotel’s venue. There are 2 tea breaks served during your interlude. Lunch and dinner will also be served at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi Half Day Meeting - Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Following breakfast, you will participate in a half day meeting held at your hotel’s venue. There is one tea break serve during your interlude. After lunch, you will be transferred to Halong Bay, which is recognized by UNESCO as World Natural Heritage Site. On arrival, check in at the hotel in Halong. Dinner and overnight in Halong.

Day 4: Halong Bay Cruise – Hanoi (B, L, D)
After breakfast, you will check out and take a 5 hour cruise on emerald water of Halong Bay, enjoy breathtakingly beautiful landscapes, picturesque limestone formations; admire one of the biggest caves in Halong named Amazing cave. Seafood lunch will be served on the boat. Return to Hanoi for your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Hanoi Half Day Meeting – Departure (B, L)
Following breakfast, you will participate in a half day meeting held at your hotel’s venue. There is one tea break served during your interlude. After lunch, you will be transferred to airport for your flight home. End of services.
