Charity Tour in Northern Vietnam

A full day city tour of Hanoi includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his House on Stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, Temple of Literature and the Vietnam Ethnology Museum. After lunch, you will visit 2 villages such as Thanh Xuan Peace and Birla Orphanage. Overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast, you will take a 60km drive to Ha Nam province. Arrival at Binh Luc Orphanage Home,  Interact with children by making friends with them, taking part in activities and teaching them some English. Then cooking the foods for them a meal. Return to Hanoi for your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will take a 7 hour drive to Ha Giang though Son Nam District of Tuyen Quang province. Enjoy natural landscape, green fields, palm hill and villages. Passing Tuyen Quang town, you can visit village of black Tay minority. Arrive at Ha Giang town late in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Ha Giang.

This morning, you will head to Meo Vac, the most remote commune in Ha Giang. On arrival, you will visit the poorest families, giving children clothes, foods, course books and others necessary for them. You will understand more about their life by witnessing and interacting with them. Then continue your drive to Dong Van Plateau, which is famed for magnificent limestone pinnacles, valleys and green terrace rice fields. Stop in Sung La Village with famous film "Story of Pao". Leaving for Lung Cu Peak of 1800m above the sea level then proceeding to Vuong Palace. Arrival at Dong Van Town late in the afternoon,  leisurely wander the ancient streets lined with H'mong homes of clay bricks and tiles roofs built centuries ago. Dinner and overight  in Dong Van.

After breakfast, you will visit and do charity in Dong Van school. Through the headmaster of the school, you will know about the children who have to lead the most difficulties in their life. Today, you will explore the furthest village to do all for poor families and children. Dinner and overnight in Dong Van.

Leave Dong Van for Hanoi through Vinh Phuc province, the homeland of Trung Sister to visit the Temple and learning about the first major revolt. Back to Hanoi late in the afternoon for your overnight stay.

Transfer to Halong Bay, which is regarded as the 8th wonder of the world. Sip on a refreshing welcome drink upon check in before you begin your cruise through the bay. Feast on a delicious lunch as you cruise among hundreds of islets (Dinh Huong islet, Ga Choi Fighting Cock islet, Dog islet, Finger islet, etc.) to discover unspoilt pockets of Halong Bay and visit Sung Sot cave, one of the most imposing grottos of the Bay. Swim at Soi Sim beach or Titov beach or a short trek to the top of Titov Mountain for a magnificent panoramic scenery. After visiting Amazing cave, you can go kayaking from Soi Sim beach to Luon Cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay (or from Bo Nau cave, to Soi Sim beach to TiTov) Enjoy your dinner with fresh seafood on board. Squid fishing or relax and chatting with your partner, friends, family. Overnight on board.

For early risers complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and cake are served. Visit Luon cave on small bamboo boat paddle by out crew staff and enjoy the quiet atmosphere enclosed by high islets and mountains. Be back to our Huong Hai Junk. Sail past rock formations such as Man’s Head islet, Tortoise islet, Butterfly cave, Lion islet, Bai Tho mountain, enjoy the tranquil scenery as the boat meanders its way through the bay on the way back to Ha Long city, etc. Arrange your luggage and do the check out onboard at around 9.00 am. Enjoy a wholesome brunch as your boat weaves through strange-shaped limestone rock formations. Arrive back at Ha Long city for disembarkation, return to Hanoi to visit SOS Village. Overnight in Hanoi.

Free at leisure till transferring to airport for your flight home. End of services.
