This way, we will work out an invitation approval letter that allows you to get visa upon arrival. Once the invitation letter has been issued we will send it to you and you just need to print it out and bring it along with 2 passport sized photos when traveling to Vietnam. On arrival at Vietnam international airports, you will show this copy to Immigration Department to have your visa chopped at an additionally fixed fee as follows
