Day 1: Luang Prabang Arrival (D)
Upon arrival at Luang Prabang airport, meet and transfer to your hotel. You are free before enjoying the special welcome dinner. The rest of the night is your own to explore the life of local city. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 2: Luang Prabang City Tour - Kuang Si Waterfall (B, L)
Afterbreakfast, you will visit Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. Your next stop in the city is the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. Laos is also known for its traditional crafts, and today you will visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, a Hmong village, Ban Ou a Laoloum village and Ban Thapene, a Khmu village. This then takes you to the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails.
On your return to Luang Prabang, stop to visit the Kuang Si Waterfalls Butterfly Park, one of the must-visit spots, newly opened on January 2014. Arrival in Luang Prabang, you will ascend the 329 steps to the top of Phousi Hill for a beautiful sunrise view of the city and its glowing reflection on the Mekong River. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 3: Luang Prabang - Mahout Course - Lao Spirit Resort (B, L)
After breakfast, you will transfer directly to the Elephant Village. On arrival at the Elephant Village Camp, welcome and greeting by the camp manager and participate in short briefing about elephants. Afterward you will enjoy the impressive experience of a 3 km elephant ride on the howdah (elephant seat) or on your elephant’s neck. You then receive basic mahout training on how to control an elephant.
After lunch at Elephant camp, you will join some of the following activities:
Bathe Your Elephant: Take your own elephant down to the Nam Khan River for an exhilarating bathing experience!
Boat trip to the Tad Sae Waterfall: Take a traditional Lao long boat to the Tad Sae Waterfall and relax in the clear water.
Free to stroll around the Elephant Village before transferring to your lovely Lao Spirit Resort, one of the most beautiful resorts in Laos. Overnight at Lao Spirit Resort.

Day 4: Lao Spirit Resort Free & Easy (B)
