Siem Reap Community Tour
Take a 7 day tour in Siem Reap Cambodia combined with volunteer work. It is suitable for oversea school student & teacher groups and those want helping local community.
This program is to make a big fish pond, which has the capacity to hold 42,000 fishes and produces a yield up to 8,000kg each year. The soil moved from this pond will augment the space sized about (20m x 30m) for planting vegetable all year round.
- Day 1: Siem Reap Arrival
Arrival at Siem Reap airport, you will be met by our guide and transferred to directly project location. Your accommodation and meal will be at a homestay. Tonight, your guide will explain to you about the project. After you clearly understand the work and requirements of the project you can start the work tomorrow. Overnight in homestay.
- Day 5: Temples Visit (B, L)
Today you will visit the most famous temples such as Angkor Thom, Bayon and Ta Prohm Temples Ankor Wat and view sunset from Phnom Bakheng. Dinner tonight will be at the Apsara Cultural Dance show, bring your camera to capture the beautiful traditional Cambodian dancing. Overnight in REP.
- Day 6: Temples Visit - Tonle Sap Lake (B, L)
After breakfast, you will visit the Bantey Srei Temple Museum and Landmine Museum. After lunch, you will take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake to visit Floating Fishing Village, then tonight free to walk through the local market. Overnight in Siem Reap.
- Day 7: Siem Reap Departure (B)
Free at leisure till transferring to airport for your onward flight. End of services.

Cost & working schedule: Project costs US$ 3500 and takes about 15 days. This project should start prior to your arrival and the best time for you to become involved in this project is around 3 days before the project closes.
