Overview

Located in a tranquil residential street just a few minutes walk away to Russian Market (Psa Toul Tom Pong), the Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa has been designed by architects specialized in tropical architecture. The landscape artist designed the exterior which includes gardens, two swimming pools – one is on rooftop and another is on the ground level, rooftop sky bar, lounge and spa. The hotel is the main property of Frangipani Villa Hotels, a chain of boutique hotels in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.

The Frangipani Living Arts Hotel and Spa is the first 4-star hotel in Toul Tom Pong area, an increasingly fashionable neighborhood in southwest Phnom Penh. It has 123 guest rooms and suites, most of guest rooms have balcony and swimming pool view. All rooms are air-conditioned and most have full-sized baths. Our room service offers both Asian and Western food. The 10-story hotel has two bars, a business center, banquet facilities and 3 meeting rooms are able to carter up to 188 people.

Suite room

On the top-11th story, roomy with measurement of 600 square feet or 55 square meters, overlooking to the city view with a private balcony, and spacious sitting area. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a handheld showerhead. It's contemporary design, ideally romantic choice for couples or families. A roll-away bed can be added to each suite.  It offers stable wireless Internet access, and the 24-inch LCD TVs with 70+ channels for entertainment.

Deluxe room

Bigger space, facing to swimming pool view with private balcony, and measures 344 square feet or 32 square meters. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a handheld showerhead. It's chic, colorful arts design of 54 deluxe air-conditioned rooms, and each room has either double or twin beds. There is also a set of inter-connecting room - King to Twin beds which is perfect choice for families. The constant coverage of wireless Internet connection, and the 24-inch LCD TVs with 70+ channels keep guests entertained for whole stay.

Superior room

Overlooking to the cityscape, this room also opens to a balcony and measures 323 square feet or 30 square meters. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combination with a handheld showerhead. The designs and features are mixed of stylish arts, fashionable decor with vibrant color, high signal of wireless internet connection, and the 24-inch LCD TVs with 70+ satellite channels. There are 67 superior air-conditioned rooms which guest can choose twin beds or a large king-sized bed.
